Introduction

By using any KyroBots services or bots, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users who add, configure, or interact with KyroBots projects on the Discord platform or through any related website provided by KyroBots.dev.

Use of the Bots

The bots are provided free for use inside Discord, intended for legitimate community management and entertainment. You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and all applicable laws when using the bots.

• Do not use KyroBots services to engage in harassment, hate speech, or other abusive behavior.
• Do not attempt to exploit, duplicate, or modify the bots for malicious purposes.
• Do not interfere with normal bot operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or apply reverse engineering.
• Do not upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, phishing links, or any illegal or harmful content through or using the bots.

User Responsibility

Users and server administrators are responsible for how the bots are used within their own servers. KyroBots and the developer are not responsible for inappropriate or malicious behavior by third‑party users, nor for the misuse of bot features in ways that violate Discord’s rules or applicable law.

Prohibited and Illegal Use

The bots and associated hosting infrastructure must not be used in connection with:

• Hosting, sharing, or distributing illegal materials or copyrighted content.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage Discord’s services or those of other users or organizations.
• Spamming, phishing, or collecting personal information without consent.
• Impersonating KyroBots staff or representing affiliation beyond what is expressly granted.

Data Collection

The bots collect and store only the minimal data necessary for their functions, such as message content and user IDs, as described in our Privacy Policy. This data is not shared with third parties and is deleted upon user request.

Service Availability and Liability

KyroBots services are provided "as‑is" and "as‑available" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous operation, data availability, or error‑free performance. The developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use the bots.

As with hosting providers, KyroBots cannot monitor every action performed by users and is not responsible for offensive, illegal, or malicious behavior that originates from other users or server administrators.

Termination

Access to KyroBots services may be revoked, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice if misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms is detected. Servers found engaging in prohibited activities may be blacklisted.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available at kyrobots.dev/terms. Continued use of the bots or services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
